Rates, accommodation descriptions, and photos may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

Barcelona Beach Apartments is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website, nor for the contents, availability, or security practices of external third-party links.

3. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY (GDPR & LOPDGDD 3/2018)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), personal data collected through this website or during your stay will be processed under the responsibility of Barcelona Beach Apartments, S.L.

Purposes of Processing & Legal Bases:

Reservation & Service Management: Contact information, reservation dates, and transactional records are processed to manage apartment bookings, check-in logistics, and customer service. (Legal basis: Performance of a contract, Art. 6.1(b) GDPR).
Guest Registration & Public Security Compliance: Full guest identifying details (full name, document type and number, date of birth, nationality, residence address, relationship to minors, and arrival/departure dates) are processed to fulfill mandatory traveler reporting and electronic registry obligations via competent police and public administration databases (pursuant to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Security and Royal Decree 933/2021 / Catalan tourist accommodation safety regulations). (Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation, Art. 6.1(c) GDPR).
Payment Processing: Online payments are securely processed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. (Plaça Catalunya, 08001 Barcelona, NIF A08000143) via encrypted gateways. Barcelona Beach Apartments does not store complete credit card numbers or security CVV codes. (Legal basis: Performance of a contract, Art. 6.1(b) GDPR).
Commercial Communications: Marketing emails and promotional updates regarding our accommodation services are sent solely with your prior express consent or, where applicable, under statutory direct marketing exemptions for existing clients regarding similar services (Art. 21.2 LSSI-CE).
